It is fast, easy to use and flexible enough to be compatible with many types of loans offered by lenders. Funds are NOT restricted to first time home buyers and there's no unessesary underwriting or income restrictions. The Buyers Assistance Program helps provide new potential homebuyers with the cash at closing for these critical expenses--cash that they do not have to repay.
Gift funds are available up to $50,000 and based on the final sale prices of the homes and the needs of the buyers. The funds are offered towards the purchase of a home when a seller is willing to participate in the program. The program funds are offered to homebuyers anywhere in the United States.
